Returns

The customer has a 14-day right of return under the Consumer Protection Act.

The customer has the right to return some or all of the products ordered. The return of e-commerce orders is always at the customer's own risk.

For customized products, THERE IS NO RIGHT OF EXCHANGE OR RETURN. Products are made to order according to your wishes. You can read more on the website of the Competition and Consumer Authority here

Returned products must be in their original packaging, unused and in good condition for sale. If you wish to return products, please always contact the online store first contact@vorssaink.fi You will always receive up-to-date return instructions in reply to your email. Please include your name, contact details and account number for a possible refund.

Return of products

Returned products must be in their original packaging, unused, in saleable condition, and must be posted immediately or within 14 days of the return notification. Please include your name, contact details and account number with your return for possible refund. Returned items should be well packed. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return.

The price of a product that has clearly been used may be subject to a right to charge for depreciation of the product. Your payment will be refunded in full within 14 days of receipt of the notice of cancellation, excluding any additional costs incurred by choosing a standard delivery method other than the cheapest one offered by the online shop. The online shop may withhold the refund until the products have been returned. The refund will be made by bank transfer.

15€ will be charged for an uncollected parcel. This covers the shipping costs and any additional costs incurred by the online shop. If you wish to exercise your 14-day right of return, please collect the package and ask the seller for up-to-date return instructions. contact@vorssaink.fi.

Cancellation, liability and complaints

Before delivery, the order can be cancelled by sending a written notice to contact@vorssaink.fi.

The online shop is legally liable for defects in the products sold. In case of complaints, please contact our customer service. The consumer has the right to refer any disputes to the Consumer Disputes Board.

The product must be in the same condition as when you received it, it must not have been used or worn, the tags must not have been removed and the product must be in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. We will not accept products that are returned to us without a request for a refund.

Damages and problems
Please check your order on receipt and contact us immediately if the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, so we can assess the problem and correct it.

Exceptions / non-returnable products
Some products cannot be returned. These include perishable products (such as food, flowers and plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised products) and hygiene products (such as cosmetics). We also do not accept returns of dangerous goods, flammable liquids and gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific product.

Unfortunately, promotional items or gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the product you received and buy a new product once your return has been accepted.

European Union 14-day cancellation right
Subject to the above conditions, you may cancel or return orders sent to the European Union within 14 days for any reason and without explanation. Such a return requires that the product is in the same condition as when it was received, has not been used or worn, has not had its tags removed and is in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
You will be notified when your refund has been received and checked. We will also let you know if we accept the refund. If the refund is accepted, you will get your money back to the original method of payment within 10 working days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and deposit it into your account.
