Delivery

Orders are shipped on weekdays, with processing times 1-3 days . Products from stock usually take 3-5 weekdays to arrive. If the item being delivered  are custom-made products, the processing time is typically 1-2 weeks + delivery time. Shipping costs are determined by the selected delivery method, any additional services, as well as the weight and size of the order. You can view the shipping costs in the webshop's checkout process before finalizing your order.

For orders over 90e we offer free delivery.

Delivery methods

We offer delivery methods provided by our logistics partner. You can order products directly to your home or to a pick-up point of your choice.

PostNord - Parcel 4,95€

You will receive a tracking code via email.
Delivered to the PostNord pick-up point of your choice.
Delivery time 1-3 working days.
You will be notified by SMS when the parcel is ready for pick-up.
7 daysretention period in the parcel machine or at the pick-up points, after which the parcel will be returned to the sender.

PostNord - Home delivery 15,95€

You will receive a tracking code via email.
Delivery istypically by 4 pm on the next working day.
The recipient will not be contacted separately during delivery.
The shipment can be picked up at the nearest Postnord point if the customer cannot be reached during delivery.

Failure to collect the delivery is not the same as a return. An additional fee of 15€ will be charged for processing an uncollected and returned order. 

The customer can arrange a new delivery for the returned order. The redelivery will be charged according to the delivery method.

Vorssa Ink/ Landemuija Oy is not liable for delays caused by force majeure or indirect damage caused by delays. Deviating delivery times will be announced on the website of the online shop.

You can also pick up your order at Keskuskatu 7, 30100 Forssa (open by appointment). In this case, please select "pick-up" as delivery method at the checkout and contact contact@vorssaink.fi as soon as possible to arrange the pick-up.

If the product is lost or damaged during delivery, the online store must be notified immediately, but within 14 days. The company responsible for the delivery must be informed immediately of any damaged packages.
