We always aim to deliver orders on the next working day. The total delivery time for products from stock is usually 2-5 working days. During peak periods, orders may take longer than normal to process.

Delivery methods:

Free delivery for orders over 90€.

• Postnord - 4,95€ (1-3 days)
• Postnord- Home delivery 15,95€ (1 day)

Delivery costs are determined by the chosen delivery method, any additional services, the weight and size of the order. You can see the delivery charges in the checkout section of the online shop before final approval of the order.

Products ordered from the online store have a standard 14-day return policy. You are free to check the products at home and then decide whether to keep them.

If you decide to return the product(s), always contact Customer Service first contact@vorssaink.fi. This way you will always receive up-to-date return instructions in your email inbox. The customer is responsible for the return costs, but you are free to choose the return method (e.g. letter).

Quality and domesticity play an important role in the production of Vorssa Ink jewellery. All accessories, packaging materials and jewellery parts are sourced from Finland, from Finnish importers and subcontractors, as far as possible.
