Place your phone near the jewellery to access your customer page to check your membership benefits.
General information
True Lover's Club membership is a monthly subscription model for earrings, which is automatically charged until cancelled by the member.
As a True Lover's Club member, you'll receive monthly changing Limited Edition Vorssa Ink earrings and other great membership benefits.
A monthly subscription is valid indefinitely until terminated.
The monthly membership fee is automatically charged per payment method.
- 6 and 12 month subscription memberships are valid indefinitely, but membership is charged every 6 or 12 months, depending on the member's choice.
- Membership validity can be tracked on your own customer website
A standing order can be modified or cancelled at any time without obligation.
The cancellation will take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle.
Monthly membership is managed on your own customer website.
Membership is indefinite, i.e. it continues until it is withdrawn by the member. Membership can be freely withdrawn at any time.
- Membership has no period of notice, but always expires at the end of the month in which membership was withdrawn.
Membership can be cancelled easily from our own customer website, or by notifying the cancellation by email.
Prepaid 6 or 12 month memberships can also be freely cancelled at any time.
- The actual prepaid membership ends when the remaining prepaid deliveries have been delivered to the customer.
- Member benefits are available until the end of membership
- When a membership is cancelled, no new charges are made for the payment method
- Cancelled membership can be renewed by reordering the membership
True Lover's Club member benefits can include:
- Surprise gifts
Surprise gifts can be unique, special jewellery, Vorssa Ink-themed clothing or other accessories designed just for members.
- Discounts at
Members receive special offers and discount codes that can be used by the member or given as gifts to friends.
- Other benefits
Other membership benefits may include, for example, invitations to events for members. New products or limited edition jewellery may be released at these events. Events often feature catering and performers.
Member benefits are designed to be as high quality and interesting as possible, so that members get the best value for their membership.

If the membership lasts longer than 12 months, the member can also influence the benefits offered.
- For example, if a member does not need a replacement earring every year, it can be replaced by other great benefits
If a membership is cancelled and re-subscribed, the membership will be continued from where the previous membership left off.
Making a standing order
Membership is ordered through the online shop like a normal e-commerce order.
Members can choose different billing periods for their membership.
- Monthly, 6-monthly or 12-monthly charges are automatically charged to the payment method provided by the customer.
- Payment methods may be different from those used for a normal e-commerce order
The first billing date for membership is always at the time of subscription.
Your first monthly order will be delivered with the Limited Edition earrings for that month if you place your order before the 13th of the month.
If you place an order from the 14th of the month onwards, you will receive the Limited Edition earrings for the following month.
The next billing date for monthly membership is always the first day of the month.
Depending on when you subscribe, the payment may therefore be made close to the second month of membership.
This month's earring design will be released in the first week of the month.
Preparations for orders will start after the release and, depending on the earring model, orders will start shipping during the second and third week of the month.
Members will be informed of the estimated date of orders on the customer website.
Changes
The membership conditions are subject to change. Members will always be informed of any changes in good time. When making any changes, care will be taken to ensure that the benefits offered to members are not reduced.
Abuses
Normally, member benefits are only for members. Some benefits may be intended to be distributed, for example as a gift. Member benefits will indicate how the benefit can be used.
If a membership is found to be in breach of the terms and conditions, benefits may be edited/cancelled or membership may be withdrawn.
