General terms and conditions

Ordering model:

• True Lover's Club membership is subscribed as a monthly subscription, which is automatically renewed until cancelled by the member.
• The delivery interval for orders is 1 month

The first month:

• The first billing date for the subscription model is at the time of ordering.
• Your first monthly order will be delivered with the Limited Edition earrings for that month if you place your order before the 13th of the month.
• If you place an order from the 14th of the month, you will be delivered the following month. Limited Edition earrings.

The following months:

• The billing date for the next order is always the first day of the month
• This month's earring design will be released mid-month
• Preparations for subscriptions will start after publication and orders will be sent to members no later than the last week of the current month.

Right of withdrawal:

• You may modify or cancel your order at any time without obligation.
• The cancellation will take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle.
• The order template is managed on your own customer pages.

Charging:

• The fee is automatically charged monthly, every 6 months or every 12 months, depending on the payment method selected.
• If you pay for a longer subscription period as a one-off purchase, you will receive a 10% discount on the 6-month charge and a 20% discount on the 12-month charge.
