It's time to get to know us! Who the heck is on the other side of the webshop serving you and making earrings. We don't have chatbots and even our emails are answered by a human. We also produce our own social media and you might see us at festivals and fairs.
Let's start with the entrepreneur. The woman without whom there would be none. Kata calls herself the peak year mum of the country. She is the imagination and visuality of our company. Kata's pen creates all our earring designs. She produces our social media, and runs our lasers on a daily basis. To refresh her mind, she still tattoos alongside her jewellery whenever she can get away from her busy schedule.
Kata always has ten things going on at once and at least one missing. By far the most lost item is a coffee cup, before that it was a phone. Luckily, the house is full of creative people and they came up with the idea of getting a shoulder strap for the phone. The coffee cup has not yet been found to prevent it from going missing!

The company's first employee, Emma, joined the company in late 2022.Emma originally came to do an internship at the University of Applied Sciences to study design, but ended up staying on for real. Emma is the daily schedule of the company. Emma's job is to tell you where everyone needs to be and what's going on at any given time. Of course, you have to look for Kata's coffee cup on a regular basis.
Emma is responsible for order management, customer service, email marketing and text production. So I'm writing about me right now! I'm inspired by project-based work and the occasional hectic rush. I'm not a morning person, and it's not worth asking anything before ten o'clock that requires more than a good morning to answer!
Let's move on to Anniina, our company's earring factory. Anniina is responsible for assembling our earrings. She's so quick at fitting the pieces together, by the way, that the rest of us are a close second. Anniina is originally from K-stores and has been a customer service champion for more than ten years. Anniina joined us in late 2023 when we ran out of hands. Anniina works mainly remotely, but about once a week the power packer rolls in and helps Emma pack orders, physically arranges all the items in their place and swings by the vacuum cleaner most of the time for us.
Anniina is also the one who makes sure we remember to eat during the working day! Anniina loves to bake as a hobby and you can often find Anniina's treats in the coffee room at work.
We also have two hairy foremen. The bigger one is called Lucky. His job is to act as a doorbell and doormat. The younger Miss Pearl's job is to demand scratches and attention at a brisk pace. Playfully, she is often referred to as Pearl of Pearl aka Thanksgiving Bunny.
